My sister is pregnant with quads, these are her first children. She used fertility drugs and understood the risks of multiples. She has chosen not to have reduction. She just found out she is having 2 girls and 2 boys.

As they are all beautiful names I would say pick which are her favorite because over the course of the rest of her life she will be using the name and there will be a couple years where she will repeat the name over and over and over again, LOL. Those toddler years. Anyway, some parents like to see the babies first before deciding on names. I on the otherhand knew from the moment they told me the sex what i wanted to name my children.
Just an opinion on the names. I really like names that you can shorten so I like MacKenzie (Kenzie) and I like Rebecca (Becky or Becka). For the boys names I like Andrew Kevin better, but I also like Jason (Jase). They are all great names. Tell her good luck. I have two children that are 13 months apart and sometimes things are hectic I couldn't imagine having four at once, but wish her luck. I would have taken any fertility drug out there to have children no matter had i had six at one time. Best wishes.

I like Mackenzie Samantha and Taylor Lauren. Jessica is too common. I love the name Jason Cole for some reason and I'm not sure about LUCAS Mitchel, but I really like Luke Mitchel.
