I have A Lot of Nausea During/After Eating?

I always feel like it's hard to swallow and food hard going down, and and even have nausea now, and my stomach always feels bloated and full. It's going on for a week.

No, not pregnant --abstinent.

Also have a lot of gas.

This could be related to something like an obstruction of the bowel (just giving an example) but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
