if all you eat is fast food, you will definitely not lose weight but gain
unless of course you pull a nicole richie and all you eat is fast food but just one meal a day then maybe but that's very unhealthy
but the water part is good drinking lotsa water will help you detoxify and cleanse your body from excess toxins including fat so youre on the money with that
I doubt anyone has lost 50 lbs in 3 days even people that starve themselves
but you could lose maybe about 15 lbs if all you drink is water and eat celery which burns calories

Are you serious? Of course not! Eat fruits, veggies and whole grains, stay away from fast foods and get into some type of physical activity and maybe by Saturday you'll lose a few ounces. I don't know why I bothered to answer this. Points I guess

Nope. In Every way fast food will make you gain weight... theyve showed studies to show that lots of times. and have you seen the movie "Supersized" sorry but 50 pounds is wayy too much for like 1 week.
However you might lose 'weight' it if you run 9 miles every day and then work out for 15minutes after each fast food meal.... water will add volume to that fast food...
Instead eat vegetables and fruit with water, its the healthier way to go...sorry.

If you drink water and eat the healthy menus such as salads,baked potato(Wendy's) leave off the high fat dressings, eat burgers that are grilled not fried and no ff's!
then maybe you will lose if you include walking as a daily routine. It is possible just select the menu wisely.

Sure just have the salad with lettuce only. And exercise continuously and take lots of laxatives. Thats all I can think of right now.

No and don't eat fats food if you want to lose weight. Fruits are probably the best, they make you poop.
