I personally think both are cute! I do have a mini lop and he is just wonderful! He follows me everywhere and I have trained him with tons of success. It pretty much depends on you. Do you like uppity ears or down?
Did you know that the mini lop isn't that small? I would go for the lop but it all depends on your decision. Go with your gut.

I agree how can you choose they are cute little bunnies!
I have had a netherland dwarf and a Holland lop. But I'd have to say the netherland was the best. I rescued the lop, so I did not have him as a baby. But they both were very cute!

Thats extremely difficult. The netherlands are small which makes them extremely cute to me but the mini lops have the floppy ears which makes them cute. I would go with the Netherlands though.

Both are adorable bunnies, but remember, you also want a bunny that has a nice personality. My dwarf bunny is very shy, and she is afraid of her own shadow!!! Mini lops are usually very sweet and friendly. Besides, who can resist those floppy ears!!!! Bunnies are like people...sometimes the better looking ones aren't always the best choice :-)

I've always thought NDs were cuter babies, but I love the grumpy-looking faces on adult Mini Lops...makes them even cuter to me.
Keep in mind, of course, all rabbits grow up. If you're choosing a breed based on looks, make sure you like how they look as adults.
Also, do some research into personality. Just like in dogs, some breeds usually act a certain way...if you're getting a dwarf, make sure you're prepared for one!

I have onwed lots of Netherlands before but the lops's floppy ears always win me over. i vote lops

Dutch are the best I think but french lops are really really cute!

i really like netherland dwarves when there young... there reallly cute.. only if you think of getting one don't just get it cause it's cute and don't get it to young either. rabbits need responsible owners.
