It is in reference to Michael Vicks dog fighting charges. New York Nicks Guard says its a sport and compares it to hunting. In my opinion putting 2 animals in a pin to maul each other unitl 1 dies is not the same as hunting. It just P***** me off when people try to justify any violence by comparing it to anything else. Now, I DO NOT HUNT AND REALYY DO NOT APPROVE OF IT> so no bleeding hearts here.

i had the same problem when they banned sport "hog dogging" in louisiana, this is a sport where dogs wound compete in a rodeo style pen at taking down hogs, i am an animal lover, but here is what i didnt understand

i can still train a "hunting dog" to go into the forest and hunt and kill hogs

i can even go with a friend and his dog and see who gets the hog first,

i can still bring some other friends along so they can watch

but if i charge them a ticket its illeagle?

this is retarted, why cant laws be consistant

Michael Vicks is a pig. Dog fighting is cruel and inhuman.

well I don't hunt either but if I did i'd be eating my kill not just shooting animals for the sake of shooting them.

I can't understand the mentality of the people who participate in this "sport" but then again look at Spain and bullfighting.
