We are from earth just as men are, however, we are socialized differently. As soon as a baby is born, and announced either a girl or boy, they are labeled and such attitudes and expectations for the child are assumed. The child will be reinforced for gender appropriate behaviors, etc. by both the parents and society. It's a matter of both nature and nurture. Both genetics (hormones too, etc) as well as the child's environment influence the molding of who the child becomes. The child grows to be a man or woman, and therefore takes on the majority of that gender's stereotype such as nurturing if a woman or aggressive if a male. If this is not the right answer, then I don't know:)
