I'm not a shrink but I would guess it's just that you're feeling less sexy and attractive than you used to and your subconsious is letting you know you still got it...

Maybe you feel a little overlooked by your husband? It's pretty normal to feel that way from time to time, especially when you have a baby in your life who takes all of your time. Maybe see if a relative can watch the baby once every week or two and set aside a few hours for just you and your husband to do grown-up stuff.
All in all, I wouldn't worry about the dream. If you are happily married like you say you are, it was nothing more than a random dream about a random person.

This means hat you find it strange that this came into your mind and you are thinking that your dream means something. You are making it more than it is forget your dreams and live happily in your reality also do not bring your dreams into your everyday life. Leave that between you and the pillow that's your secret.
I am married and pregnant and I dream everyone in my office naked and would like to see a lot of them naked including my hubby who works with me. We are married but not dead just keep it between you and your imagination.
Honestly you feel a bit less sexy to him because of the stretch marks and the interest of your husband that you had before where you were the center of his attention is now shared. I would try not make myself look like unattractive. Take some time and get your hair done and go somewhere with you hubby. Maybe dinner and feel good.
I am pregnant and honey I feel huge and I hate it right now but I buy shoes to make me feel less upset or get my hair done and buy pretty maternity clothes and baby clothes. Yes I shop and I feel all better when putting them on display at home.
Congratulations on your new family member

All of us have dreams where we do things we would never do in reality. There's nothing happening to you. It was nothing but a dream and don't read more into it than that. Would you be wondering all this if your boss was, say Brad Pitt. No because you know that it's not possible. Same here. As you said, you are happily married with a baby. Don't waste time wondering, it can lead to no good.

It was a dream. Forget about it and channel that energy on your family. Cook your husband a nice dinner and give him a bubble bath. You married him for a reason so turn up the steam in your marriage and enjoy your life together!

Your body has gone through some changes after having a baby and you want to know if you are still attractive to men.

I would say that you are feeling less desirable being that you are now a mother....the dream doesn't mean that you are interested in the guy from the past....only means that you want to feel attractive and desirable.

It's no big deal, unless you've seen things in your dreams before let it go. I had a dream a few months ago my dead cousin walked in the door and told me I had til Thursday to live, well here it is 2 months later and I'm still kickin.

Well, actually, normally when we dream about other people, that person is really another aspect of ourselves. Maybe something that you and he had in common is starting to resurface in you and your subconscious is bringing it to the surface. Do not fret. It is probably NOT a dream about getting together with the guy.
