And why?

I don't like Christmas..which is funny because a lot of people I know love it. Too much running around, shopping and not enough enjoying it. It only lasts one day. It's the hype of the season that surrounds it. I loved it as a really young kid..but after age 12 it went down the pooper.

Christmas.. because everybody fakes it that day and wishes you
a Merry Christmas.. even if they don't talk to you or bother with you for the rest of the year.

I think Valentine's Day is pretty overrated. You have to bend over backwards to impress the one you love, and if you're trying to budget your money, it can hurt you, especially if your sweetie has expensive taste. Also, for basketball fans, doesn't the NBA All-Star Game happen around that time? You really want to sacrifice the biggest game of the year to take your (demanding) girlfriend out to a fancy dinner and a boring play/opera?

I just know I'm going to catch hell for this.

Never really had any good holidays. I grew up with a drunken, abusive father who would find a way to ruin every holiday. He's still a drunk and an asshole and I was so happy the day my parents finally got a divorce.

I don't have a least favourite holiday but Canada Day on July 1st is my favorite. I like to go to the Parliment hill and watch what people do there.

Thanksgiving . . . all that heavy food, all that alcohol (which I do not drink) the hassle and hustle---and, worst of all, Thanskgiving seems to be the one time when people speak a bit too frankly about what they think of other people at the table.

It just brings out the worst in everyone, it seems.

Thanksgiving. It's too much about food in my opinion. I'm thankful for my family and everything, but enough with the turkey, pies, stuffing and gravy. I'd like it better if we had lasagna and focused on football.

I guess that would be Valentines Day, because the past three years I have been single when that day comes around.

Valentine's Day...
My dog was hit by a car in the morning last Valentine's Day...I'll always think of that incident on that day.

Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve, I usually don't have any one to share them with.
