do you have an exercise ball ? Those help with the first stages so do doing short small squats. Also castro syrup ( might of spelled that wrong )

i walked and walked about three miles, went into labor that night and was in labor about 45 minutes total. i dont know if thats what did it or not

Lots of walking. My stepmom (ballerina) actually did the splits to make herself dialate more...she's also been known to do cartwheels. At 9 months pregnant I'm not sure how safe that is but it worked for her!

Get a walkin :) hehe.....my friend went into labor last week and walked for 45 min in the halls of the hospital and she dilated 3 more cm ........they kept her.......:) good luck!

the most popular way is to have sex. but if you dont want to do that then try eating spicy foods or black licorice. Sometimes watermelon can help too. Or swimming but its not really suggested to swim because you may not feel your water break.

Let the baby bake a little longer. The baby knows when he or she is ready to come. When you have the baby and its crying all the time, you will wish you were still preg. Just enjoy the time to yourself right now.
