This site will give you a general idea what building an archway involves. There are 2 types..helium or air. The air archway lasts much longer. It is not an easy project to learn, and does require some skills to have it turn out right { uniform sizes as an example ) You need to learn these skills and have either an air inflating machine or a helium tank. I got my air machine at ...StumpsProm.com.... costs about $200. Once you see what is involved, you'll understand why they are so expensive to have them done.
