If he's prepared to have an affair with you then he's probably had other affairs in the past and when he's tired of you he'll move on to someone new. On his part it may well be a bit of fun but don't kid yourself that you will always look on it as such. When your feelings go deeper, you will then start to resent the fact that it's all a game to him, he will drop you like a hot potato and it will all end in heartbreak - yours! Leave him alone; it's not worth the deceipt and eventual hurt.

I would go for a guy 16 years older than me, but I don't think I'd have an affair.

I believe that you can't control love for someone else, and that you just have to let it out if you feel you can, but also that if you're deeply attracted to other people, you must be with the wrong person.

I dated a guy 17 yrs older than me. I was 24 at the time. He was my moms age. He was really sweet but had issues in bed if you know what i mean... I've never been with a married man with or without kids.

No I would never have an affair with a married man. Not only is it unfair to his wife and children, who would want to be some mans bit on the side. It's disrespecting yourself. Even if he ends up leaving his wife for you, you must remember if he is capable of betraying his wife's trust, he is capable of betraying yours. A guy like that isn't worth wasting your time with.

16 yrs older is ok - he will probably be almost at the same mental age as you by that age!!
Married with kids - stay away cos despite everything they say, their wife does understand them, and he wont leave her, and itll all end in tears.

I would certainly not, if truly loved the guy I was with, I couldn't possibly be unfaithful to him! And the other way round, how could a man do this to his children and wife? that's terrible.

NO!

Don't think of you - you could probably have anyone but think of what the guy will lose and the terrible hurt you will cause to him and his children.

16 years is a large gap... trust me, it is most likely to fail.

i have done in the past and it wasn't very clever for anyone involved, now that im older i would not do that to anyone and i would not expect anyone to do it to me, but think of it do you really want to be second best to someone else???
