I need to interveiw a Fast Food Resraurant Manager for my business class.

My mom is a manager, I can answer for her if that will help (I work with her)
Company name: Taco Bell
Who are the customers: Where we live, most of the customers are guys ages 25-35, usually single or on their way home from work (we can tell by the company trucks they drive). We also have a good deal of middle age couples come in, usually ones who are just dating or don't have children. Very few families come - I'm guessing that a lot of litttle kids don't like Taco Bell!!
What is the service policy: I'm not sure where you're going with that. We serve everyone and we try to make our customers feel as welcome as possible. If we make a mistake on your food, we will replace it. If you have to wait over a certain period of time, our store will give you either a free drink or maybe an order of Cinnamon Twists.
What type of training: All the training is on the job. My mom went in having been a manager at McDonalds for over 5 years, so she didn't have any managerial training. She did have to learn all of the positions - but she did that just by actually working.
I hope this helps some! My mom has now been working at Taco Bell for 8 months and has been promoted from Shift Manager to Assistant Manager. She works 45-50 hours a week; usually from 5pm-1am Sunday-Thursday, then a few hours during the day on Friday. Her crew usually consists of 10 people (including herself). She works with other managers a great deal. There are almost always two managers working at the same time. Most of the crew is made up of 16-22 year old girls (like myself!!), though we do have a few guys. I hope this helps!
