I put one in my pocket and the others in my locker.
I change them no more than every 6 hours. More often if its a heavy flow.

I usually just carry 2 or 3 along with me in my pocket in a little purse or something. And I usually put one in before school and only change it again when I get home from school 6-7 hours later.

I keep them in the side of my purse...I put one on right b4 I get on the bus...change at lunch...then when I get home...it works every time...in case of a leak always wear a panty liner bc u dont want any embarrassing accidents at school...good luck

Yea in my purse, Put one in before school and then after school. But I use the super plus you may need to change it if you use regular.
