Is it a run-on, a dangler or a fragmentor comma splice

I'm not an English major, but I would have added a comma, and a but.

It is a run on. I would add a semi-colon after doctor since the two phrases are independent (subject and verb) but related.

Dude--why do you keep posting grammar questions in the law and ethics section?

See the use of the dash? A possibility to correct your sentence.

Or a semicolon.

Now, take your homework assignment to correct category!

I would think it's a run on. I would add a period after doctor.
