Sure! Just don't go overboard and be sure to get back on your diet asap. I am sure you have worked hard to get where you are.
I was standing at the vending machine looking for a sweet treat and someone said "nothing tastes as good as being thin", I walked away with my water, hahahaha.

No, that just starts a new trend that will lead you down the path of falling off the diet, I know what that's like....not the "time of the month" part. Diets do suck, but they work.

How far along are you?
Diets have been proven to not work that well since they make us crave more and when we've finished them well we can gain weight again.
Stuff diets, unless you're one of the lucky few that finds they work.

the sturdy information: Your physique would not turn truthfully each and every thing into fats. It is clever, if I ate one hundred tubs of icecream right this moment, my physique won't earnings one hundred tubs properly worth of fats. maximum of it incredibly is going to likely be pooped out... it incredibly is purely impossible to maintain on your physique. My advice: Drink a lot of water eat a lot of fibre like vegetables / complete grains And your physique will nonetheless be on the right song. do purely no longer make a habit of it. The undesirable information: you will get discouraged and picture approximately quitting - do no longer, possibly turn down the workout consultation slightly or don't be so dramatic/annoying... yet do do some thing. it's going to make you experience sturdy / as in case you placed an attempt into it.

Yes, especially since it's that time of the month again. I can't stick to my diet then, either. Have a bowl of your favorite ice cream and you'll feel better.
