We are making the veil for my sisters wedding and we are sewing rhinstones on the bottom. But it is causing it to curl, any suggestions on how to make it stop?

this may sound silly but spray it with hairspray. a gentle one! it does work, giving you enough stiffness to finish the beading.

Another thing you might try is to stitch very thin ribbon that matches the veil all the way around it and then apply the rhinestones. Again, make sure that your stitches are not too tight.
