in these day some of sites can't open it said the page connot be displayed ,but other ppl open the sites very well,and my internet speed so high,can i know why some pages on internet i can't open it

Mine does the same thing at times too. It appears to be a temporary thing though.

It is not uncommon to have some sites fail to display for short periods for numerous reasons.
If specific sites do not open for you from one specific location all the time, while these same sites open for others from other specific locations, the root cause is likely a web monitoring tool that blocks you from access. Schools, work places, etc. often block sites deemed unneeded for the school or workplace.
Given your extremely poor and totally unacceptable English Grammar and Composition skills coupled with unconventional and unacceptable spelling I suspect you are trying to access prohibited sites from your school and the school's system is blocking you. I suggest you spend your time at school pursuing your academics - it will pay off handsomely in the future.
