Its me snitch:
no one even brought race into this except you.
he is a moron, moronitis is something that can affect anyone, regardless of race, gender, religion, etc.
Also the quality of an opinion can be thought out- and whether it seems stupid, or just someone running thier mouth off that doesn't seem capable of understanding the difference between right and wrong.
Along his lines of thinking I wouldn't be surprised if he thought the DC sniper's actions were a "sport" as well.

Give it a couple of days before the NBA or whatever team the idiot plays for now to force him to issue an apology. But the fact remains, I'm not going to give him one red cent of my money. To be honest, I think that the people that say that are just really die hard Vick fans who don't want to see him go to prison. They are grasping at straws by comparing euthanizing horses who break a leg (which usually leads to a slow and painful death for the horse anyway) to torturing and killing dogs and finding entertainment in that particular activity. And Robo, good point about the bullfighting, I feel that is just as barbaric as dogfighting, although at least the bull can fight back against the guy trying to kill it. However, that is a cultural argument, bullfighting is illegal in the US as far as I know. Cockfighting is legal in the Phillipenes, and that is just as wrong as dogfighting, and again, illegal in the US.

well, what Vick did was dead wrong from the beginning . To be in the public eyes as a famous African American fball player, he should have known better. Dog fighting is not a sport. And if he does not watch out, then Marbury just might be next after leaving a comment like that!

That arguement will go out the door faster than Vick will spend 5 to 10 in a Federal Prison. This is the same Attorney that defended OJ. Believe me, the Prosecuting Attorney is on to his scheme. Final Verdict........Michael Vick as appointed judge for this offence, I find the actions you took were despicable, and therefore, I sentence you to 7 years in at Statesville Federal Prision.

And the NAACP is also saying that hunting is like dogfighting. They have set the black man back 50 years.
These same guys are probably involved in the underworld and would kill a human, beat their wife and abuse their kids.
I have no respect for these excuse mongers. There is no excuse and torture isn't involved in hunting.
I'm glad the 53 dogs will be relieved of their suffering.

They are both "brothers" from the ghetto. What do you expect? This type of attitude is one of the big reasons why people stay in the ghetto and never improve themselves. If Marbury and Vick couldn't play sports, they would still be there themselves.

"I think it's tough," Marbury said, according to Albany TV station Capital News 9. "I think, you know, we don't say anything about people who shoot deer or shoot other animals. You know, from what I hear, dogfighting is a sport. It's just behind closed doors."
He never condoned dogfighting and neither do I. He was stating something that he heard. People obviously have way too much time on their hands to be worried about this Vick story. I think that Vick should very well be held accountable for his actions and that should be that. Lord please let November come so that we can get this all over with and move on.

While there are sporting characteristics to these fights, sports require willing participants. The participants in these fights are forced to do so or they are killed.
