I am guessing that this was written by an English-speaking person who knows a bit of Spanish. I doubt that a native Spanish speaker would say something like that

If that is the case, then I think the intent was to say "You're hot" but it's really botched

It should be ¿Tengas tú mucho calor? (Are you very hot?) or ¿Tengo yo mucho calor? (Am I very hot?)
