well, not always. What if the guy or gal is jus flirting and not serious....wht if one of them is cheating on the other....marriage is something totally different from a so-called "relation".

Well, if you take a look at the definition of the word marriage (see below, definition #3), then yes. Sex is a marriage of two (or more) people/bodies, etc.
