That's quite a general question.

Health is affected both by things we control and things we do not. Happiness should be a human right, I think, but that doesn't mean we can ever all by happy.

i think everyone should have the right to have AFFORDABLE and GOOD healthcare. i dont think its right that hospitals can charge $90 for a meal and an aspirin....and i dont think its right that dr's can charge $500 for x-rays and $10,000 for a surgery. i also believe that dr's and nurses ought to be required to take an extensive battery of psychological analysis and personality testing in order to become drs and nurses before they do. in other words, i have come across WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY too many drs and nurses that have no idea what "bedside manner" is. have u ever been really sick or severely injured? the last thing u need is a mean dr or nurse making it obvious they dont care about u, and that u are just a number to them....not a person who has feelings, who is in pain or feeling terrible. so yes, to answer your question, the right to GOOD AND AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE SHOULD be considered a Human Right.
