The best martial art/non-fantasy anime out there!?

Question

Well i`m looking for a good Martial Art anime with no fantasy by that i mean no magics no abnormal worlds, like that i`m searching for something without the main thing "swords" or stuff like that just pure fist fighting like Kenichi...
and a little comedy would be great and if there is one like that out there in witch there is a group of guys/girls training or fighting their power up like this....Training would be like from Kenichi or Dragonball you know training which can cost you your life, and every enemy moving you to the next level of power stuff like that but in Dragonball it was too unreal so something like Kenichi would be great :)))
