i have an emachines T3508 with Intel celeron D processor 356 3.33Ghz, i already have an ATI Radeon Xpress 200 with available PCI-Express slot, can someone please tell me the exact kind of video card i need, but it has to be from Target, sadly, because i have a $40 gift card there, and i also have $34 in cash, so i need to know what kind and everything but a cheap one to, if you could tell me everything that would be great and i will give best answer, THX in advance

You can get basically any card you can, as long as it's PCI-Express, that's about the most important aspect. The only card I could find on Target's website is AGP, however, so availability of video cards may vary by store.
Honestly, I doubt you will be able to get a very good value card from Target, but I understand your financial situation. Honestly, if you can save up $60 in cash, you can get a good-enough PCIe card from NewEgg. I attached a search for PCI-Express cards $50 or under in my sources below. Good luck.

With your budget, you can manage with a Geforce 8400GS DX10 card or a 7300GS DX9 card.
