I think the culture that people get involved in is what affects the amount of fun peolpe have rather then hair color

I always have fun no matter what color my hair is... Im usually blonde but i've been brown and red. Did u ever decide on a hair color from the shower drain samples? You'll look Hott and have fun no matter what!!!!

I think it totally depends on the person, not the hair color. I'm a blonde and it's good that I'm not easily offended because of all the dumb blonde jokes and like the cliche' type question your Q is based on. :) And please don't get me wrong, I think your question is a good one or else I wouldn't have answered it.
A man or woman of any hair color is in control of their own happiness. It's really quite that simple.
