Papperazzi were waiting for Dianne and Dodi (Arabic heir) to leave a restaurant in Paris, France..
She had a special driver, and they sent him ahead thinking they would follow him and leave the princess.
The car they left in later was a special armoured vehicle (so much heavier and harder to take corners).
One of Dodi's men (who may have drunk that night) drove them. Photographers sitting behind motorcycle riders chaced the car.
When it went through a tunnel area (the road narrowed) and there was a bend, the car didn't make the corner.
Driver's inexperience with the heavy car / harassed by papps / drunk driving .... either one or a combination of all of them.
Conspiracy theories are ripe because the mother of the future leader of the Anglican Church was going to re-marry a Muslim leader.

Diana & her lover were being driven through Paris by a drunk chauffeur.
They traveled at high speed, trying to avoid paparazzi, the driver lost control going through a tunnel & crashed into a support pillar.
Lover died almost instantly. D alive when a doctor arrived. But despite heart massage (incuding opening chest cavity), she died too. Driver bas injured but recovered.
- or it was all a conspiracy by the military-industrial complex, enacted by hoodlums rented from the KGB by MI5 & the dear old Queen mum (gawd rest her Nazi soul).

in August 1990 she left the Ritz with her boyfriend Dudy and that was late at night in Paris . the driver was drunk and the paparazzi were following the Mercedes which Diana and her boyfriend were taking to reach their home then the driver lost control of the car and a big accident took place . Dudy died soon and Diana died on her way to hospital.

When she was in her limo In a tunnel the Paprazzi were chasing her trying to take picture's and the driver was trying to get away, but he spun out of controll and crashed in the tunnel and she died.
