avril lavinge has good music but needs to do something with her eyes.

Better at what? Singing? Looks?
If it is singing I would say, Fergie & Gwen are close runner's and then Avril (sorry...) but it also depends on the genre. Fergie and Gwen are more Pop, whereas Avril is more Punk Rock. So depending on the category, Avril would be best for like rocking out and stuff.
HOWEVER, if looks are your deciding factor, the order is as follows:
Fergie, Gwen, and Avril... but I listen to all three and certainly would not turn down a date on any of them! Ha Ha! Cheers!

Fergie I could care less. I don't know what a 'hollaback" girl is but I think she should die (yes I saw her in concert with Bush and she sucked.) Don't really know who Ciara is but I do like Avril Leviine.
