new tanks will experience this while your beneficial bacteria builds up. The cloudiness is almost always occuring in new tanks because ammonia is now present and bacteria is building, which is good, to oxidize that into lesser harmful compounds. This process goes on for about 6-8 weeks, and is normal. Keep in mind, clear water does not = good water. Get a testing kit, monitor the levels, and reduce food going in the tank to one feeding a day, only as much food as they will eat in 2-3 minutes. Just out of curiosity, what fish do you have in there now?

It is a bacterial bloom. The nitrifying bacteria that builds up in your tank is now begining to grow. Although it is unsightly its actually a good sign. if there are fish in the tank and they dont seem stressed or bothered just let it run its course. Your tank will clear soon enough. If there are fish in the tank and they do seem stressed then do a 25-30% water change. to lower ammonia and nitrite levels in the tank.
read this article about the nitrogen cycle and it should clear things up for you.

Really need more details before I could be certain, but it sounds like you have a fairly new tank and you are seeing a bacterial bloom in the water. I'm betting the haze is kinda white, like someone poured a little milk in the tank? If that's the case, it's really pretty normal and very common and will go away on it's own within a week or so.

this can often be a result of a tank being in direct sunlight for too long.
