The Aveo does not have an air conditioning system in it at all.

A/C is standard on almost all newer Aveos. Find one in a salvage yard and buy it for about $100. It will need a recharge, but that is pretty cheap too.
There's also a company called Vintage Air that can make an a/c unit for any car, but it costs a ton.

Yes, and if you were in the seattle area I could have it installed for 1699 + tax.
The 04 aveo's are the most expensive year to add A/c too.
:) So im sure if you call your dealer there is a place they use that can install aftermarket A/C

There is aftermarket anything available to any type of car. You will be severely underpowering this car if you put it on though.
