I dunno, but have you ever heard that song by Stevie wonder "My Cherie Amour" or that song by the Temptations "Just My Imagination"? Those are both songs about wanting a stranger to fall in love with 'em. In real life, I guess the only way to make a stranger fall for you is to make them NOT a stranger. Strike up a dialogue, man.
Wait! I remember something I saw on MTV. This guy went out and bought a big teddy bear, walked up to a random girl on the street and said "This is for you because you're beautiful." I think that's a good way to start. Try it!

Why on earth would you want a stranger to fall in love with you? Remember Fatal Attraction?
Get to know the person, and see what develops.

Well.. if he's a flirt, ignore him.He'll be shocked cuz he wouldn't have had seen a girl ignore him like that before.So he'll probably think you are something unique and still nice so he will end up offering you friendship. you could always go from there.
But if he's reserved, don't shock him by showing unusual interest in him. Just ask him if he'd like to be friends and be nice and casual about it. Then go from there!
If that sounds stupid ( which i guess it does) , I'm just sorry cuz I've never had to try to make some stranger fall in love with me.

Well a perfect stranger is more likely to be in lust with a total stranger, then you run the risk of getting to know them and finding out the stranger is a complete idiot.

no- someone has to know you before they can really love you. by then they arent a stranger anymore.
but you can attract a stranger. but LOVE is deeper and it's based on a strong understanding and appreciationof the other person.

You cannot make anyone... and they cannot make themselves... if they do then thats great! Either way... its not a big deal. there is someone who will fall in love with you for you... anyone that doesnt, obviously, was not meant to be in the first place and there was no point in going through the hassle anyway...

nope. because by the time he falls in love, he is no longer a stranger. LUST? yes... wear a low-cut blouse and promise him all sorts of sexual favors... he'll follow you home. But love? Sorry, that takes time and conversation...

You just have to be you ... you shouldn't have to change who you are. If the chemistry is there, it will happen. Otherwise, don't waste your time. You will become disappointed in a relationship that is only one sided. The world is a big place ... find the one that you both really connect with.
