Me and my girlfriend have split up, i still have my belonging out at hers and I can pick them up at anytime. However, its only been a week ( of no contact ) and she decided to text me this :
im a little offended after all that was said the other week you still havent bothered to contact. Im sick of it always bein me & have had enough.
It sounds like she is hurting, not excepting it very well and she sounds desperate? I have not replied or contacted her.
Just want your views,opinions...Thanks Girls

well maybe she feels that she is the one to look for you all the time... even when you are the one at fault. If it's over then it's over and you should go get your stuff... and both of you will continue on living. On the other hand, if you still love her... then talk to her, listen and apologize for whatever it was you did. She does not sound desperate... just hurt and tired of it.

Have you split before and got back together? It sound like you have and she has always been the one to text or call, if I had sent a text like this I think it would be because I want some contact but trying to act cool to at the same time, I think she is after a reaction or she is giving you a nudge to call.

Sounds like you took the split more litterally then she did. Maybe she was trying to get you to show a stronger desire to keep the relationship. In any case, if you don't, then call her and let her know you considered yourselves officially no longer a couple, set up a time to get your things and end it with no room for doubt, but in a nice way. If you do, then call her, let her know you are confused, getting mixed signals, and want to work on your communication skills as a couple.

I think it's best to contact her as to me it seems that there are still some issues that need to be sorted. It's better ending a relationship on the best note that you can because it only makes it harder.
I don't know all the details of why you broke up but maybe you just need to talk it through.

she sounds like she is hurting and still not accepted the situation, is she expecting you to contact her? why? did you say you'd stay friends? If you did, then no contact for a week is not unusual, but maybe just after a break-up it's not kind of you.

it sounds like she needed some other kind of closure or something put on the relationship. Text her back and tell her that you didn't know she was expecting you to say anything else, everything has already been said that needs to be said, and I'm sorry that you're pining away for me waiting for me to call you.
That'll really get her goat.

It sounds like she's hurting. She most likely loved you very much. She's not desperate otherwise the texts would be non-stop. If I were you I would support her as a friend and nothing more. Get your stuff outta her place and move on before shes gets pissed and destroys all your stuff.

what is the reason,? we all know how you men work, or should we say play the game, if there was areason for the break up give her some space don't bother her, if you left your stuff your fault, find a freind to go and pick it up,maybe in another couple of weeks you can try and talk about it.

swallow your pride hey you love her i know go back to your girl she misses you dont hurt her she might be wrong but is all the time you spent together wrth throwing in the bin all coz or an argument you can sort out it takes more effort to break up than to make up go back and give her some cuddles talk to her have a hearty talk and kiss and cuddle and kiss and cudle and ............and but i mean it if she was the one you fell in love iwith that day you kow when just remember what it was you saw in her she might have changed much talking will mend the holes goodluck all the best she is yours forever forget what happened
