YOUNG AND RESTLES: Phyllis sees Neil in the courtroom and tries to apologize for what happened to Dru and her part in it, but Neil coldly dismisses her. Phyllis again asks Michael and Lauren to look after Summer if she is sent to prison, and they accept. Judge Chong sentences Phyllis to the maximum penalty: six years in jail. Adrian asks Colleen to move in with him, and she accepts. Nikki surprises Victoria by inviting both J.T. and her to dinner, at which point they announce they are having a baby boy. Maggie wonders if he has plans to tell Heather that he is her father, but Paul says not now. Noah announces that since he knows about Brad and Sharon's affair, he wants to live with Nick. In Jana's recovery room, Jana tells Kevin she remembers the operation, and Kevin is overjoyed that her surgery was a success. Jill goes to Ji Min and informs him that the only way he can win her back would be if he goes public about Jack owning Jabot. Jill returns to Ji Min's room just as he is hiding the stolen money in the air vent.

Lol I'm confused as well..the site that I got the info above from is the only one that says Phyllis will go to prison and it says Phyllis will find out a shocking secret while in prison that no one will believe..every other spoiler site I've read says that she wont do jail time..if anyone finds out for sure which one it'll be, let me know plz

Ok so now I'm confused.Recently I read on YA! that Phyllis was NOT going to do time something having to do with Brad & his secret.Now you're saying that she is going to prison.I'm so confused!!! I hope you're wrong but thanks just the same.

WOW -- Cool upcomings. I knew Ji Min stole the money and I really think he and Jana are up to something together. I just wish JiMin would hold Amber (hate her) and Jill hostage and Cane would find out -- Jill needs some juicy storyline and her life would be at risk and Cane would have to choose who will live or die -- Jill or Amber -- let's hope it's Jill who lives. Noah needs to freakin have brain surgery. He cannot be that stupid not to realize that phyllis came into their lives before Nick and Sharon split -- man, get over the fact that sharon cheated. She wasn't the only one and Noah needs a hobby.

Thank you. But I heard Michelle Stafford got a 3-year contract extension - at least I think it's three years, so will she being playing a different character? And to Aunt D, Maggie is Paul's partner in crime/girlfriend, while Heather is Paul's daughter. You must have missed that part.

I heard she was not suppose to do any jail time. Some one was suppose to help her out. That sucks if she has to do jail time. I was hoping she wouldn't have too. Please tell me what is correct. The inform. that i got where someone was suppose help her was in soap opera weekly. Maybe it was an error on their part or was it a mistype.

If it is true i don't think that Phillis should go to jail i think that she should get House Arrest for 6 years so she cant go no more than 100 yards from her front porch but that's just me. Only for Summers sake because if Nikki ever gets that child she'll hate her mother just as much as Nikki does because she's going to turn her against her mother.
