i'm 38 weeks pregnant with my third child. my first two were induced early so i have never gone into labor naturally, and therefore never experienced some of these symptoms. I'm Nausious and have diarrhea. i had "false labor" for a while (I havent' had many contractions since lastnight) right now i'm dilated to a 3 and 70% efaced as of two days ago. what i really want to know is if i'm in labor or will be soon. and if so, how long?

Yes! I am 39 weeks and have had diarrhea and nausea eveytime I eat for 2 days. I was told this is your bodys way of cleansing itself before labor. Labor should be approcahing soon for both of us! Good luck!

I am experiencing the equal factor at 38 weeks. It feels like you're in pre hard work. This is my fifth being pregnant and on the finish I continually get a few nausea and diarrhea. Pre hard work most commonly makes you suppose like you might have the flu. I spotted with my 4th youngster that I had plenty of cramping proper earlier than hard work. Good Luck.

i was also induced with my first and don't know what going into real labor feels like. i've had irregular contractions and crampy feelings plus diarrhea and nausea and i've had these symptoms since about late last friday night but still no baby for me and i'm almost 40 weeks along. it just depends on your body and if the baby is really ready i guess. sorry i can't be of more help to you. good luck and congrats!
