You are in the middle of a very abusive relationship. It's so obvious that he isn't sincere about anything that concerns you. He really needs help but I doubt if he will stop hitting you long enough to be talked to. The reason males do this is because they want power and control over the situation. That's not showing love when he beats you. Are you in any position to leave, maybe when he goes to work?You have to get out of the house before he kills you.

Definitely leave! There was only one time that I thought it was ok for a male to hit a female and that was when she was constantly abusive towards him and always slapping or punching him (hard)...he finally retaliated and hit her back after putting up with it for way too long.

Abuse is very rarely a one time thing.A second chance is possible,but only one chance.You swing,you lose.Now why would she apologize to him? For getting in the way of his fist?There is never a reason for a man to hit a woman in an arguement.You control yourself.

A woman never deserves to be abused. If she has done something wrong, she should apologize. But if he hits her, she should leave.

she should leave him. any man that hits a woman IS NOT a man at all and does not deserve the love of a woman. everyone makes mistakes but they do not deserve to be hit for it.

♥ Leave immediately! If he did it once, he'll do it again. My biological father abused my mom for approx. 15 years before she was able to get out of the abusive home.... you need to leave before it escalates into something worse. Good Luck!
