You can buy account codes legally straight from plaync from this url:

That will net you a game account and the client installers and everything. You won't need a cd as you will be downloading all of the files straight from the plaync store.

Buy from guildwars.com. That's the only safe site to buy a key online. Or you could just run up to your local game store and buy a copy. (Gamestop, EB Games, Best Buy, etc)
