A lot of them are missing, but between these 4, you should be able to find them all.
As far as a streaming site goes, it's a little hard to link to a place that has 100+ videos shown. Most people only upload a few, or a season at a time. Your best bet would be searching places like http://www.veoh.com and http://www.stage6.com for individual videos.

detective Conan is the original Japanese version and case closed is the American dub. Bits can get cut out in the American dub so it's best to watch detective Conan with subs. I think the episodes got a bit mixed up and are not all going at the same speed, some might get cut out and some merge into 1 longer episode, Try looking for your episode in some earlier or later episodes of detective Conan!
