My printer won't print after I changed the ink?

My printer is a Cannon S750.
It wouldn't print do to lack of ink, so I put more ink cartridges in, and now it won't print at all.

Help?

If you put the ink as you have done in the past then it should work. Did you check if the cartridge is fixed well?

Try this: Unplug printer. Unplug USB connection. Turn of computer.

Then restart and try to print. If you still got problem do this if possible. When you are on printing mode, click Advance Tab(mine is in Japanese so can not tell you exact words) of your printer then check if you can find Utility
Click, Nozzle Check or Head Cleaning then print the page.

One point advise* did you remove thin plastic on the ribbon cartridge before you replace? check please.

A good, thorough cleaning of the print carriage would be a good place to start. If that doesn't work, ditch the printer and get a HP.
