My girlfriend has been getting her period later and later this summer. She was recently given birth control from her ob/gyn and told to take it the Sunday after she got her next one. We had sex after she was already a week late, and when she was two weeks late she took a pregnancy test that came out negative. Shes started having cramps that she said feels like her period is coming, but it still hasn't. I think if she isn't pregnant and also been having the pains associated with having her period, she should probably try and eat something that helps induce it. Does anyone know of any food or drinks that are known to induce a woman's period? (She will be taking another pregnancy test to make sure, though.)
