She is lazy.... She doesn't take her job seriously. I don't think that she really even knows what she is doing when she does have something to do that she can't delegate to someone else...
Is anyone else working in a place like that?

You just described every boss in America...ha ha....I have two and they are both equally dumb....lazy..... they work harder at getting out of work than if they would just do the work themselves.....Maybe a few of those bosses are reading this and might....might change their ways....but I highly doubt it.....

My boss is professional but then again we are joke around a lot. She knows how to handle her business.

I am happy to say that my boss is not like that. She's totally professional and makes sure our work environment runs smoothly.

Idiot...she doesn't know what she's doing and takes all the credit for my work. All she does is try and sell her daughter's girl scout cookies.
She fake smiles and talks about me behind my back. She is not content with me doing my work and wants me to talk to her as if we're friends. I've allready told her that she doesn't need to pretend to like me and tha I would appreciate if we keep it proffesional.
