You would have to be more specific about describing the bump, but I would think that it is an ingrown hair. The hair follicle underneath the skin surface puches the hair up and it gets caught (for lack of a better word) before it breaks through the surface. It can look and feel similar to a painful pimple.

most likely and ingrown hair, put some neosporine on it, and it should go away do not pick at it, it will only hurt more, just treat it with some over the counter stuff

It sounds like an ingrown hair. Just leave it alone and don't bother it. It should heal on its own.

If you want, you can put something like Neosporen on it.

Examine your armpit - maybe you have a small mole or skin tag there and you keep cutting it.
