I think the only person that understood what you said was TNEmily and me. It is okay to mix the boiled water in with the formula...that is if you feel safe pouring, stirring, or shaking newly boiled water. Just mix the water with the recommended amount of powder or liquid formula and let it cool in the fridge. Just be careful.
TNEmily is right about the logic behind not warming the bottle in the microwave but when I want to warm my baby's bottle I remove the nipple and just insert the bottle into the microwave and let it stay in for about 48 seconds if it has been in the fridge for longer than 2 hours and about 10-15 seconds if it was just made, put the nipple on and give it a little shake to remove any hotspots. You still will need to check the temperature after you do this though and if you see that you made it too hot just run it under cold water until you've brought the temp down.
I have done this since I bought my baby from the hospital and she is almost 1 and hasn't had any problems...plus she is very demanding when it comes down to her feedings and doesn't have time for me to do all the extras :-)

The formula will mix easier if it's hot, so yes mix the boiled water with the formula and then let the whole thing cool in the fridge. You want to make sure to prepare it well ahead as it will take some time (like an hour) to cool off.
And do not microwave to warm up! The microwave heat is uneven, and you could end up with hot spots and burn your baby's mouth. Just run it under hot water to heat (or set it in a bowl of hot water). Honestly, we didn't even heat our bottles - our boys liked 'em cold, and the nurse at the hospital said that was OK.

If you intend to boil all the tap water, boil a lot at a time and fill an old, clean milk jug with it and put it in the fridge. When you need it, it's ready. Then you can either run it under hot water to warm it up or microwave it for 20 seconds (depends how much water you use...use best judgement, but even for a full 8oz. bottle I wouldn't go over 20 seconds). Once it's warm, add formula and shake it to make sure the heat is evenly distributed.

You need to let the water cool and then make the formula. IF you don't the Formula will spoil. After I boil my babies water I put it right into fridge or freezer so it cools down faster.

let it cool down a bit to the point when it's warm/luke or whatever your baby likes. Never put in the fridge boling water, the extreme heat will break your fridge.

try mixing the formula and then putting the bottle in a pan of water to warm it up. otherwise i would recommend letting it cool first but i'm sure whatever you want to do is fine

let it cool first. But there is really no need to boil unless you are using tap water, and if the baby is more than a few months old even straight tap is fine.

IF YOU ARE USING POWDER IT WILL ACTUALLY DISOLVE EASIER IF THE WATER IS HOT... YES YOU CAN JUST POP IT RIGHT INTO THE FRIDGE TO COOL AFTER MIXING IT

who says you have to boil the water. We used room temperature water with my daughters formua and you can refrigerate it immediately or you can warm it up a bit for feeding.
