my mortherbroad has FBS 1066 so which cpu will work better on this mortherbroad

also i find Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 is cheaper on ebuyer.com ..why is that ..i think its better that E6420

Motherboard must be 1333 FSB compatible or the cpu will not work! You will have to contact your Motherboard manufacturer and check to see if it will operate at 1333 FSB. Some manufacturers offer bios upgrades for this.

Also the other poster was correct. The E6550 is only a bit faster. Go with the 1066. Your motherboard may not support the 1333fsb cpu.

Passmarks CPU benchmarking software shows the E6550 being faster at 1528 marks, and the other CPU at 1247 marks

Passmarks program retrieves results from users when they benchmark their computers and compiles the data. Their software can detect overclocking and that data is on another graph.

but this is fast than 2.13 so i give that

It AINT a lot faster, its minutely faster. Depending on the price, go for the least expensive as you wont see any difference in speed.

well the e6550 ... pretty obvious but its also more expensive. plus your motherboard can be opened up to accomidate higher fsb speeds/memory speeds...
