Go for it. With a last round pick, he's worth a flyer. Daunte has to throw to somebody.

Keep in mind that Jerry Porter is the #1, and Ron Curry is also probably going to finish ahead of him on the depth chart.

Williams may come to life later in the season, if the offense gels. Hard to expect a lot from a slot receiver.

All things considered, I would steer you to a more proven player when taking a "flyer." Williams was a complete turd for Detroit.

I'll bet you Eric Moulds goes undrafted in a lot of leagues.

Check out David Boston. He might make the roster in Tampa, and only a few years ago was one of the finest WRs in the game, before he went on the Barry Bonds "supplement" program.

I would take a flyer on him in the last round, why not? He is in a new system, seems to be revived from the funk he was in out there in Detroit. Culpepper is the wild card for him, if CUlpepper has anything in the tank (he looks good so far) then I would say that Williams may have a monster year. If they have to McCown or Walter or even worse an underprepared Russell then Williams could be horrible this year but you are talking about the last round so who cares about that pick, if he is bad you can pick up someone off the scrap heap that is servicable usually.

I'm not sure what kind of year he'll have, but he's worth taking a flyer on in the final round.

If Culpepper still has something left after his injury, Williams could become a valuable target. Getting out of Detroit is the best thing for him, because he just wasn't going to get the ball much there and he didn't seem to be developing. Williams obviously has talent, but I think he's lacked confidence the last couple of seasons. Maybe the fresh start will mean a better season for him.
