First of all prices for rooms in September will go up vs their prices during the summer months. They will go back down around Thanksgiving and be pretty low until about January 15th. Except that they are the highest during the New Years Eve time frame.

The weather is September will be hot but not as hot as August when it will regularly be in or close to 100 degrees. September temps should be in the 90's, but its a very dry heat that does not affect you the way it would if it was humid.

The dress in Vegas is casual all of the time, even in the shows, unless you want to dress up. So take shorts and casual clothes and one dressy outfit if you want to do a club or just dress up. The pools and hot tubs will be open all day.

Take plenty of sun screen, lotions because it is very dry and your skin will dry out easily; a hat or cap for the sun, plenty of swim wear; plenty of money if you plan to gamble; and good walking shoes.

You better book now chicky because I've booked since July and the cost is climbing higher. Go to a travel agent who can fit you into a schedule and give you personable service. These online services tend to throw you a great package but forget to tell you that the airline schedule is going to be less accommodating. Its hot in vegas to bring comfortable clothing; the airport security is tight, so don't bring liquidity stuff that you can purchase while you are there. If you bring makeup, put it in a plastic Hefty freezer bag so the security can see the content. Wear sandals to the airport because they will tell you to take off your shoes if they are enclosed. You can take a carry-on but be ready to allow a search. Have fun!

That's a good question. I'm going in December. I have never been either. I don't what to tell you about the plane or anything like that, but I can help you with the attractions, hotels, etc. I find that www.visitlasvegas.com was a very good site for Las Vegas. I also found out the sooner you make reservations on shows and hotels the more likely you will get good rates, and seats for the shows. I hope I have help you will your trip. Have fun!

Book as soon as possible. As someone mentioned, prices seem to be going up (I've experienced this with the rooms I booked)

Pack some stuff on your carry-on in case your bags get lost.

It's going to be hot outside, but bring something to keep you warm because some casinos have the air conditioning set to freezing.

Lastly, I've seen checklists for packing. Do a web search and I think you'll find some.

Good walking shoes. I always laugh at the girls walking down the strip carrying their shoes because they thought high heels were a good idea. My two other pieces of advice is not to plan your trip too long. My first time I went for 5 days. WAY WAY WAY too long. 3 days is good, no more than 4. It's just really easy to burn out fast. Also, don't try to do everything your first time there. Again, my first time there I walked the entire strip. I missed lots of stuff, and was dead tired when I was finished.

first of all - relax if you forget to pack something Vegas has many fine stores and outlets...bring an i-pod and gum to stop the ear pressure..as far as for the trip bring your credit card and lots of cash...Vegas is a money hungry town you'll find yourself tipping for everything so carry 1's all the time and have fun

good luck

As you know Las Vegas is very hot, over 100 this time of year, so dress accordingly.

You might also want to go to http://www.InternetDatingGame.NET and see if you can't win 2 nights at the New York New York and tickets to Zumanity.

I live here. It is going to be warm around 100 outside. Bring good walking shoes. Lots of walking between the casinos. The casinos are cold inside. So if you have a cute sweater I would carry it with you. Have fun.
