Okay my sister dates a guy in tight pants and I call him "randy butt candy" because his pants must be candy since his butt is eatin them up

well, that depends who's wearing it and what type.
if it's tight, he could be gay. nothing offensive really but gay men do prefer tight pants.
if it hugs the booty and he's cute, NICE!
if it hugs his waist and he's chubby, NOT SO NICE
if it's too tight for the guy to walk or breathe, NOT SO NICE
so in the end, it just depends. but i prefer i guy with a right bag (on his pants!)
