Yes you can. My boyfriend had relations with a girl when he was 21 and she was 15. He is now a registered sex offender at the age of 25 even though sex was consensual and she admitted that she lied about her age in court. Gotta watch these h**s

Oh yes...the only issue in statutory rape is the age of the person. Any actions on her part to hide her age or to give consent generally do not remove the charges. That being said, the issue can be raised in court and possibly make a difference in the outcome and sentencing.

Your question relies upon lots on what state you're in and what that state's rules are related to statutory rape. Technically, she does not could desire to be 18 or older. i think of. My state says that age of consent is 17. So if a 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous has any form of sexual intercourse with somebody youthful than that it is seen statutory rape. it is extra approximately if one companion is seen criminal age to grant consent on an identical time as the different isn't of age. So in the experience that your state says that the age of consent is sixteen and the girl is 17 yet her companion is merely 15, then by skill of your state's standards what she is doing is against the regulation. lower back, nevertheless, i'm basing that on my state's regulation.

Yes, with exception.

The burden lies upon the adult, not the child, to restrain themselves from having sex as, from a societal standpoint, a tremendous amount of emotional damage can be inflicted upon children when adults coerce them into having sex. A child can NEVER consent to having sex with an adult, even if they lie, cheat, beg, etc.

With that said, some states have an exception to the rule called "reasonable mistake of age" where the jury agrees that the defendant reasonably mistook the victim as being legal age. Although I disagree with this defense, it exists in my state, and from the perspective of one who works in law enforcement, I see many defendants attempt this by slurring and attacking the character of the child to portray them as a liar and loose person.

Good question, but yes. The undergae woman is deemed a minor and is afforded protections by the government. She could get the man in trouble very easily.

Yes, don't let your lust get in the way of common sense and decency. What if people would just heed Godly standards when it comes to committing fornication and adultery? There are good reasons why God says to abstain from fornication and under-age teens are one of them. The rest are just unclean.

Adults have to be the "thinkers" as they are the grown-ups, so why would an adult even need to post this question? I just don't get it anymore. I cannot wait until Armageddon.

Yes, because minors are seen as incapable of really making a responsible decision.

Yes. The burden of responsibility is on the adult, not the minor. Check ID's.
