if you want to try out, you should try out because you still have a chance of making it and if you don't try out, you will always wonder if you could have made it. i say you should just go for it. good luck!

Okay, you have two days to prove
to your future coach and teammates that you belong on their team. So, you're going to go out there; shrug off the pressure;
have some fun; and play your game.
Sure you're going to be nervous at first-but once you get into your groove, you'll be on automatic pilot. It will all just come naturally.
You ask us what should you do?
But the true question is: how badly do you want to play? How badly do you want to be wearing
that uniform and contributing to your
high-school volleyball team? Do you want to win or just root? Are you a player or a cheerleader?
Are you a go-getter or a procrastinator? Once you decide and define who you are you'll know what to do next.
Best of luck to you...and hope to
see you on Fox Sports Channel
leading your team to the Championship both in high-school
and in college. Love, peace and
happiness.

of course you should try out
2 days is plenty of time... and with only 8 people!
we had a lot of ppl trying out at our school and i didnt even have to tryout to get on.. as long as you have the basic skills down and are athletic, you'll be fine
and with only 8 ppl trying out, theyll most likely accept you even if you werent as good as the others

You will have a better chance at the Varsity team next year if you play on the JV team this year.

Tryout, then you will either get in or not and if you don't get let in then you can ask them for advise for next time. If at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again.

If you want to be on the team then just go. If the coach says anything, explain your situation and that you really want to play. Be prepared for him/her to be not too pleased with you not showing up until the end. But it sounds to me like you don't really want to be on the team, because if you "REALLY" wanted it, you would need us (complete strangers) to tell you what to do. whether you play next year or not should affect if you play this year or not. In fact is probably better that you play this year if you want to play next year.

Go try out! If you still have time do it! If you don't you will kick yourself for a long time wondering "What might have happened". Good luck!

I think you should go for it...try out.
If not you'll be kicking yourself for not trying and never knowing if you should have.

Is this something that YOU want to do or something your friends want you to do. Only try out ifyou know it is your heart's desire to do so.
