YES. Clouds are MADE of moisture. That is where the water comes from when it rains. The moisture that makes up the cloud is condensing and then falling because a change in dew point because of temperature or elevation. So, yes, whether it were raining or not, the plane would certainly get wet. Though, I have to agree with the other answer that any moisture that gathered on the plane would not stay there for very long because of the high speeds that commercial planes travel, it creates wind that would carry with it any water on the plane. This however would be true even if it were raining.

Since rain cloud consists of water, the airplane might get wet, but due to the highspeed of airplane and the pressure of the wind, the water wont stay for long on the plane's body.

yes, clouds are made out of moisture and it would get wet but not for very long because the sun would come up and dry it off and second of all you are going over 200MPH and the drops would dry off

It COULD...since there's moisture in there. But you're also blowing through 200MPH wind, so it wouldn't stay wet long.

I don't think I've seen it happen though.
