First off if your name is on the Lease/ Rental Agreement, then you have as much right to be there as he does. You can't trespass on his say so alone. Unless he as an Order of Protection or something.
If your really concerned about it, call your local PD and ask them how you should proceed. They may make arrangements with you to have an officer accompany you when you go to get your things. Even if they can't do that, I would have someone go with me if for nothing more than a witness in case he tries to say you ruined all his clothes or slashed up the leather furniture or whatever.

Yep, just go over there and get it. If you are legally married, you have a right to enter the property. If he raises a fit, then call the police and let them come monitor the situation.
Or go by the apt office and let them know what's going on and have someone from the office walk with you to get your stuff so they can monitor his behavior.
He doesn't have the right to keep your stuff from you.

you have rights because anyone over the age of 18 living in the residence to begin with has to sign the lease. You should have no problems getting your stuff out, if so contact the police and have them escort you.

Definitely get a police officer to accompany you. You have rights to your stuff, especially if your name is on the lease to the apartment.

i am so sorry about your mom and brother being sick
First of all who's name is the apartment in? If he wont let you get your things call the cops and go and get the rest of our things for your baby.
He doesn't seem to care about your son if he is not willing to give you the baby's things this is his way of holding on to you and trying to get you back.
best of luck.

You can call the police and have them escort you into the apartment to get things. A judge can order it, mediation can help you work it out. These are your options.

Get a police officer to accompany you there when he is at work(to avoid arguments). You have every right to get your stuff. Be prepared to get it ALL when you make these plans, no second trips.

Contact a lawyer and have that lawyer draw up paperwork stating something to the effect of "(wife) has (number of days) to retrieve her items. In the event she doesn't comply, the item's will be (husband's) to do with as he wishes. If she gets them within(number of days), she is to have a police officer with her when retrieving those items". Have the lawyer give you a copy, and send him a copy.
