I am 35, not married, have no boyfriend and live with my family. I have a routine life, from work to home and home to work. I dont have any friends. I am kind of a shy person. How can I have a life like other people around me? And when it is holiday, I either stay at home and do something or go out. How can I break this routine? On my own what else can I do? I feel very bored and sad about all this. I look at the others and envy their lives.

Grab some cash, pack a bag, get in a car, and go. I have been to 30+ different countries and visited 30+ states in America. I've worked a dozen different jobs And everything started just by taking that first step. The excitement, the thrill, the adrenaline, the fear, the accomplishments, the rewards, the people, the cultures, all beyond description. Don't envy.

Decide that TODAY is time for change.

That change is scary BUT worth it.

Plan what you can do.

Join a club that interests you.
Craft
Dogs
Public Speaking
Gardening
cooking
hiking
reading
Painting
computers
Writing
Singing
etc...

Find something that interests you enough to take the next step of joining a club. Then when you are there, CHAT to people. Ask them questions about their lives. You will learn alot and build your confidence.

Book a group tour holiday so that you already have a group of people around you to chat with and sightsee with.

Write down exactly how you would like your life to look like, then set about creating it.

HAVE FUN

Life is the one thing that you cannot change. If you have ideas of the Life, these can and will change. Changing the ideas about Life seem to change "IT" but they only replace the previous ideas. Happy is the opposite of sad so when happy passes we feel the opposite. One cannot exist without the other or how would you know either. You are the Life between these two conditions. Put NO conditions on what cannot be conditioned.
