Good question. I remember being punished and beaten by a teacher in my 3rd standard for no fault of mine. I avoided going to school by giving false excuses. later my parents guessed that something was wrong. After getting out the truth from me they went to school along with me. They met the principal and discussed the matter. The principal suggested a change in section. The helped me a lot and I never looked back since then. I don't know whether this was right thing to do but it helped me a lot in my life.

Don't take it lyin down dude. Take it up with em, if it doesn't help, take it up with the Principal, if that still doesn't help then go 2 the Police or an NGO or both. By the way more details wud be helpful in determinin the right way of doin it right.

be nice and try to change the false impression created. be a good student. but still if she doesnt like you, well then just tolerate her till the year is over, after all you wouldn't want to get expelled for hitting a teacher, would you??

all of us must hv suffered frm this at one point or other.
when she/he is angry and shouting, try to give them reason but do not argue.
and when the matter is over and when ur teacher is calm and cool just approach her and let her know the real matter.
whatever the result u will win some respect frm all.
